Narine Charran is a distinguished public servant with over 30 years of dedicated service to the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. He has held key roles across several ministries, including Local Government, Public Utilities and Housing.
A seasoned economist and strategic leader, Mr. Charran's expertise spans macroeconomic analysis, debt management and the implementation of complex national policies. His specialization is rooted in strategic planning, fiscal management and policy development.
